3 New Pizza Shops to Try in Naples
Slice Shop — Fifth Avenue South, downtown

Address: 720 5th Ave S, Naples, FL 34102
Website: sliceshopnaples.com
Hours: Monday–Thursday 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, Friday–Saturday 11:00 AM–10:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Slice Shop brings classic New York-style slices to downtown Naples with a bright, lively space perfect for a casual bite. They serve over 25 types of slices daily, including inventive options like the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese Pizza and a Fig & Prosciutto Pie that balances sweet and savory perfectly. A great spot for someone always looking to try something new.
Riko’s Pizza — North Naples

Address: 8710 Addison Pl Dr, Naples, FL 34119
Website: rikospizza.com
Hours: Sunday–Thursday 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, Friday–Saturday 11:00 AM–10:00 PM
Riko’s is a Connecticut pizza joint that opened in late October serving thin-crust pizzas, wings, and salads in their full bar and patio. If you’re routinely disappointed with the typical crust-to-cheese ratio, make a stop here. Riko’s is perfect for a casual night out watching a game and catching up with friends at the bar.
Burnt Pizza e’ Passione — Tamiami Trail East

Address: 2248 Tamiami Trl E, Naples, FL 34112
Website: burntpizzeria.com
Hours: Monday–Thursday 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, Friday–Saturday 11:00 AM–10:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Burnt Pizza is the latest neighborhood pizza place: casual, approachable, and loaded with options beyond the pies (wings, sandwiches, appetizers). And despite the name, no, the pizza is not burnt! They serve classic Italian-American, New York and Roman-style pizza with a more substantial crust.
Perfect spot to grab a take-out Grandma pizza or the classic sausage, peppers and onions.
Naples’ pizza scene keeps growing, so if your perfect slice hasn’t found you yet, it’s time to go on the hunt!
A New Favorite Spot: Three Sixteen Coffee & Bakery
If you’ve been wandering Naples thinking, “I could really use a place with good coffee and a pastry that actually tastes like butter,” I’ve got you covered. Three Sixteen Coffee & Bakery is a new addition to the Naples bakery scene, in Wiggins Pass Crossing, and is worth stopping in on your next free morning.
The space is bright, clean, and offers indoor and outdoor seating. You can sit at a corner table with your laptop, grab a pastry to go, or just enjoy a slow morning with a friend and a well-made latte.

The menu has Instagram-worthy filled croissants that will make any sweet tooth very happy, but the rest of the menu is just as strong. Croissants, fruit-filled Danishes, and breakfast flatbreads are baked in-house daily, with pastries that are buttery and flaky in all the right ways. The prosciutto and egg flatbread is a satisfying pick, and the café is a perfect spot for a late breakfast or brunch with friends. The coffee, whether you’re a pour-over fan or a cappuccino loyalist, is smooth and balanced — a perfect match for an almond croissant (my go-to).
Grab a morning pick-me-up, linger over a leisurely brunch, or delight in a cube-shaped croissant. After all, what’s life without a little whimsy? Pair it with some of the best coffee in Naples, and Three Sixteen just might become your new favorite spot this winter.

Poll Results: Boat Parade?
Last week’s poll asked: Do you plan to watch or participate in the Naples Christmas Boat Parade this year?
Here’s where you landed:

Watching from the shore or a waterfront spot led with 37% of votes and another 31% will be on the water participating! I love how festive and participatory our readership is. Thank you for your responses.
This Week’s Poll: Happy Hour?
We all love a good drink and bite after work or on the weekend—but when do you usually go?
Why It Matters
When season ramps up, it can feel like Naples belongs more to visitors than to the people who live here. Finding your pizza spot, your coffee shop, and the right place to host friends is how we quietly claim the city as “ours” again.
Every time you choose a local slice, a neighborhood bakery, or a locally run vacation home, you’re keeping character and dollars in Naples. This newsletter exists to make that a little easier each week.
