1.   Alexander Shelley Conducts Mahler

If you’ve been meaning to do something a little more interesting than dinner, Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 is your moment. Alexander Shelley leads the Naples Philharmonic, chorus, and soloists in this massive, goosebump-inducing “Resurrection” Symphony with a finale that feels like the roof might lift off Hayes Hall. Come early for the prelude talk at 6:30 PM or to take a walk around the Baker Museum. Tickets start at $29.

Folk legend Don McLean brings his “Starry, Starry Night” tour to Immokalee for an evening of storytelling and songs that defined a generation. At 80, the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer still pours the same emotion into “American Pie” and “Vincent (Starry, Starry Night)” that first made them classics, and you’ll hear deep cuts from the “Tapestry” days alongside the hits. If you’ve ever belted out “drove my Chevy to the levee” in the car, this is your chance to hear it live and sing along with a room full of fans. Tickets. 

3.   Live @ The Cove: Boot Scootin' Boogie

Dust off your cowboy boots for a free country night out at The Cove with the Joe Yeoman Band. Expect line-dancing, drink specials, food trucks, and prize giveaways, with the option to upgrade to a VIP section that includes bites and two drink tickets if you want to make it a proper night out. 4.   Naples Downtown Art Fair

5.   9 to 5: The Musical

Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5 is on stage in Naples, complete with big hair, bigger attitudes, and songs you’ll hum all the way home. Follow three over-it office workers who team up to turn the tables on their sexist boss, proving what a little friendship and a lot of courage can do. If you love the movie, this is your chance to see the story live, just steps from dinner and drinks on 5th. Tickets. 

6.   Grumpy Goat Sips and Bites Free Tasting Event

Grumpy Goat is hosting a free Sips & Bites tasting with their small-batch coffee alongside granola from Granny-O-La, Bombshell Hot Sauce, sourdough from The Hoppy Homestead, Italian specialties from Pansardo, chocolates, cookies, cheeses, wine, and even dog treats for your four-legged plus-one.
