Friends and neighbors,
Before we get to today’s stay, here’s where this week in Naples took us.
On Tuesday, we looked at Adoré, the new Italian restaurant from the GG Brunch Haus family, plus three elevated spots for summer cocktails with a view.
On Thursday, we rounded up a lighter, more unexpected side of Naples summer: tropical fruit tastings, Fleetwood Mac by candlelight, free pinball, and a few more ways to get out before the week ends.
Then on Friday, we stopped by HB’s at Naples Beach Club for a new Sunday brunch overlooking the Gulf, complete with Champagne, seafood crudo, canapés, and a table by the water.
Restaurants, rooftops, events, brunch plans, and Gulf views all make a Naples week feel full. But every good day out still needs a place to come back to.
That is why today’s feature is less about adding one more stop to the itinerary and more about finding the right home base for it.
The Stay That Turns “Back to the House” Into the Plan 🌴
Some rentals are just a place to sleep.
This one has a better argument.
It is a 4-bedroom coastal home close to downtown Naples, 5th Avenue South, the beach, shopping, dining, and Gordon River kayak and paddleboard access. So yes, the location makes it easy to get out and enjoy Naples.
But the real story is what happens when you come back.
Out back, there is a private heated pool with a waterfall, tropical landscaping, outdoor dining, a BBQ area, and seasonal mango trees when the timing is right. 🥭
That changes the whole rhythm of the day.
Beach in the morning.
A quick stop downtown.
Pool before dinner.
Dinner outside.
One more swim because nobody is ready to call it a night.
Inside, the home is built for families, visiting friends, and small groups who want space without feeling spread too thin. It sleeps 5 to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two king beds, one queen, and two twins.
It is also pet-friendly, so the family dog can be part of the Naples trip too. 🐾
Why this stay works:
✓ 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
✓ Sleeps 5 to 8 guests
✓ Two king beds, one queen, and two twins
✓ Private heated pool with waterfall
✓ Tropical backyard with outdoor dining
✓ BBQ area for easy nights in
✓ Close to downtown Naples, 5th Avenue South, the beach, dining, shopping, and Gordon River paddle access
✓ Pet-friendly for the full crew
The appeal is simple.
You still get Naples close by.
You just also get a home base that feels like part of the vacation, not just the place you return to after it.
For visiting family, a friends’ weekend, or a small-group summer escape, this is the kind of rental that makes the whole trip easier to picture.
And maybe a little harder to leave.
Why It Matters
A good Naples week usually has more than one rhythm.
There are the plans that get you out the door: a new restaurant, a rooftop drink, a Sunday brunch by the Gulf, or one more reason to wander around town. Then there are the quieter parts that make the whole visit feel easy: a place to gather, a pool to come back to, dinner outside, and enough room for everyone to settle in.
That is what makes a home base matter. It is not just where the day ends. Sometimes, it becomes the part everyone remembers most.
